When I discovered I was pregnant for the first time, I remember feeling excited, nervous and overwhelmed.  From that moment, there are so many things that take place...notifying family, scheduling doctors appointments, planning baby showers, decisions regarding work, daycare, and the list goes on.  Everything is so new, and you don’t want to forget a moment...starting now.

Documenting your family journey is so important.  Photos are what bring you back to that exact moment in time that you will never get back otherwise.  Life is so busy that it is easy to forget to schedule, and simply settle for cellphone pictures. This is where I can help…

From the moment we connect, I will help guide you through the process and will remind you each step of the way what comes next.  I will help you remember all of the milestones and take that stress off from your hands. Your family's photos are my priority.

You don’t know how to pose?  No problem. I prefer it that way.  I will tell you exactly how to sit, stand, put your hands...and what to do for every shot.  I will help get you interacting with your family in a way that will capture natural connection and genuine emotion.

I offer newborn, child and maternity portrait sessions indoor at my home studio year-round.  I also offer limited outdoor family portraits in the warmer Michigan months (May - Oct) at variety of different beautiful locations throughout the greater Lansing & Mid-Michigan area.  I typically book 3-4 months in advance.  However, I do take a limited number newborn sessions each month, I recommend booking those at least 6 months in advance.

On a more personal note...I spend most of my spare time doing laundry for my 3 children and cooking food that they won’t eat. Haha! I also love to go target shooting, exercising, making lists (is that a hobby?) & advancing in my Spanish language journey.  I might be obsessed with re-decorating my home too frequently and finding projects for my very handy husband of 14 years.  As a family we enjoy traveling, camping and tacos.

I'd love to hear from you!
